4. Google Account Access

To use certain features, you may need to connect your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining access to that account and may revoke permissions at any time through your Google settings.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

GCleanerAI may offer Free, Pro, and Premium plans, or other pricing options in the future. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and are subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

6. Renewals and Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions may renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your paid features may remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once processed. Any refund request will be reviewed at our discretion.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

GCleanerAI is not responsible for:

  • Accidental deletion of emails resulting from user actions or instructions
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Interruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party services such as Google or Stripe

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming deletion actions before they are completed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, design, software, and materials on GCleanerAI are the property of GCleanerAI or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems
  • Use the platform in a harmful, fraudulent, or abusive way
  • Reverse engineer or copy the service without permission

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued access may harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

2. Elegibilidad

Debes tener capacidad legal para celebrar un acuerdo vinculante y usar este servicio. Al utilizar GCleanerAI, declaras que cumples con este requisito.

3. Responsabilidades del Usuario

Aceptas:

  • Proporcionar información de cuenta correcta
  • Mantener la confidencialidad de tu cuenta
  • Revisar las acciones antes de eliminar correos
  • No usar indebidamente, interrumpir ni intentar explotar la plataforma

4. Acceso a la Cuenta de Google

Para usar ciertas funciones, es posible que debas conectar tu cuenta de Google. Eres responsable de mantener el acceso a esa cuenta y puedes revocar permisos en cualquier momento desde la configuración de Google.

5. Planes de Suscripción y Facturación

GCleanerAI puede ofrecer planes Free, Pro y Premium, u otras opciones de precios en el futuro. Las suscripciones pagas se facturan a través de Stripe y están sujetas a los precios y condiciones mostrados al momento de la compra.

6. Renovaciones y Cancelación

Salvo que se indique lo contrario, las suscripciones pagas pueden renovarse automáticamente. Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento. Si cancelas, las funciones pagas pueden seguir activas hasta el final del período de facturación actual.

7. Reembolsos

Excepto cuando la ley lo exija, los pagos no son reembolsables una vez procesados. Cualquier solicitud de reembolso será evaluada a nuestra discreción.

8. Disponibilidad del Servicio

Buscamos ofrecer un servicio confiable, pero no garantizamos una operación ininterrumpida o libre de errores. El servicio puede modificarse, suspenderse o descontinuarse en cualquier momento.

9. Limitación de Responsabilidad

GCleanerAI no es responsable por:

  • Eliminación accidental de correos derivada de acciones o instrucciones del usuario
  • Pérdida de datos, ingresos u oportunidades de negocio
  • Interrupciones, retrasos o fallas causadas por servicios de terceros como Google o Stripe

Eres responsable de revisar y confirmar las acciones de eliminación antes de que se completen.

10. Propiedad Intelectual

Todo el contenido, marcas, identidad visual, diseño, software y materiales de GCleanerAI pertenecen a GCleanerAI o a sus licenciantes y no pueden copiarse, reproducirse ni distribuirse sin autorización.

11. Uso Prohibido

No puedes:

  • Intentar acceder sin autorización al servicio o a sistemas relacionados
  • Usar la plataforma de manera dañina, fraudulenta o abusiva
  • Realizar ingeniería inversa o copiar el servicio sin permiso

12. Terminación

Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar el acceso al servicio en cualquier momento si violas estos Términos o si el acceso continuo puede perjudicar a la plataforma, a otros usuarios o a terceros.

13. Cambios a estos Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos ocasionalmente. El uso continuo del servicio después de cualquier actualización significa que aceptas los Términos revisados.

14. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes aplicables en tu jurisdicción operativa, salvo que la ley exija otra cosa.
